1. Responsibilities of Manufacturer
It organizes performance statements in accordance with the relevant standards and assumes responsibility for the performance of the product declared.
It makes ready an electronic or written copy of the performance statement. It provides archiving of documents for 10 years from the date when the product is submitted to the market.
It is responsible to attach the CE marking and accompanying information on the label or on the label in the format specified in the standards.
It is responsible to ensure the continuity of the production and the correctness of the declared performance, to follow the technical specification changes and to reflect them to the declaration when necessary. It is responsible to cooperate with competent authorities and their requests.
It ensures that all complaint records relating to recalled and unsuitable products are retained and that distributors are informed of the recalled products.

2. Importer and Distributor Responsibilities
The importer and distributor have an responsibilities to guarantee that all requirements of the product have been fulfilled by the producer. If it is evaluated that the given performance is not suitable, he will withdraw the product from the market.
The distributor shall ensure that the product carries the CE mark, accompanied by the necessary documentation in accordance with the regulations, safety and using instructions, if necessary, before the construction material is kept on the market.
It is responsible to take the necessary precautions not to jeopardize the storage or transportation conditions of the construction material in accordance with the Declaration of Performance (DoP) of the construction material or other requirements under the regulation.
Provides the market surveillance authority with 10 years of contact information of economic actors that supply building materials and construction materials are procured.
It ensures that all necessary information about the product is provided when requested by the competent national authority.

3. End User Responsibilities
It is known the common European Class (Euroclasses) performances. It is obliged to use the DoP (Declaration of Performance) as a resource for the performance of any product and to know that this document is accessible electronically or in documentary.
In all construction applications, it should be make the most appropriate choice considering product performances. The obligation to ensure that a product has the right characteristics for a given application is the responsibility of the designer, contractor and local authorities. They must have knowledge of applicable legal requirements.

4. Regulatory and Inspector Authorities Responsibilities
This task for Turkey is the responsibility of the Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning and the Ministry decides to regulate at the national level of the performance of the cable against fire. The Ministry is also the Product Contact Point for construction materials in our country at the same time.
It uses the Common European Class (Euroclasses) performances in any new national regulation. It decides which performance class is valid for which application.
It provides market surveillance and inspection in the national market.
